But aren't they observant and don't they recognizing people's motives and perspectives? ESTPs? This ESTP friend always avoids any talk on feelings. -_-
AnonymousYes, they are. I’m speaking more on the emotional side. Their tertiary function is extroverted feeling. They can pick up on motivations and such, but their feeling is a bit underdeveloped which puts them at sort of a disadvantage.
If they aren’t willing to talk about it, I’m not sure if this is the kind of friendship you’re really looking for. If you’re questioning whether you can trust this person, and they don’t want to talk about it, you might need to confront them about it and put them on the spot. ESTPs do well with criticism so it won’t really go down as too big of a deal.
