Because we are big idealists, we tend to make relationships deeper than they actually are. We feel like we know people more than we actually do because some situations play out in our head and sometimes it’s hard to tell if it’s real or not. SO it’s very normal to feel clingy or attached to someone.
The way I deal with this is by creating the best poker face you could possibly imagine. I try to think about a lot of things before I do/say them, and think if it sounds too clingy or not. Because most of the time it probably is.
INFPs like people, in a sense that we find them interesting, not necessarily a general fondness of them. But if we find someone we do find interesting, it’s really hard for us to stop wanting to be with or talk to that person.
